When will I receive my ordered wines?

The next week of delivery is indicated on the website. We ship all orders in this week. Depending on your country and the shipping time of our logistics partner, delivery might take place one week later. In all cases, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track and trace information in the week of delivery.

I haven’t received my order confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

Please contact us, so we can check whether your order and payment have been processed correctly or if anything went wrong with sending the confirmation e-mail.

To which countries do you ship?

We ship to several European countries, please see our delivery page for the overview. Contact us for shipping to other countries, we might be able to arrange for this.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart once you have selected the country of delivery. For an overview, please visits our delivery page.

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days (from the day after you have received your order) to return the wines in unopened case or box and in their original condition. If you decide to return your order, you must contact us in writing (the contact form or an e-mail is fine) quoting the order number. We will then arrange the return transport with you. The costs of the return transport are for your account.

Can I order a single bottle of wine?

Yes, in our gifts section wines are shown that can be ordered by the bottle.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, it is possible to have your wines delivered in wooden cases, also printed with your own design. For more information see our gifts page or contact us.

I cannot find a specific fine Bordeaux wine on your site, could you help?

Please contact us with your request; we might be able to fulfil specific and special wine wishes through our network of contacts in Bordeaux and Bourgogne.

Are VAT and duties included in your prices?
