I haven’t received my order confirmation e-mail, what should I do?
Please contact us, so we can check whether your order and payment have been processed correctly or if anything went wrong with sending the confirmation e-mail.
When will I receive my ordered wines?
Shipping time is indicated with each wine. In the UK, you will be contacted once the wines have arrived at our distribution partner London City Bond to schedule a delivery appointment. For orders from Italy, Spain and Germany, you will be contacted for the track and trace information regarding your shipment.
To which countries do you ship?
Currently, GrandCruStore delivers in England, Scotland, Wales, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Italy. Contact us for shipping to other countries.
What are the shipping costs?
In the UK shipping costs are fixed at £ 19,95, independent of your order size. In the Netherlands and Belgium shipping is free for orders above € 100. For Italy € 24,95, for Spain maximum € 29,95 and for Germany € 14,95.
What is your return policy?
You have 7 days (from the day after you have received your order) to return the wines in unopened case or box and in their original condition. If you decide to return your order, you must contact us in writing (the contact form or an e-mail is fine) quoting the order number. We will then arrange the return transport with you.
Can I order a single bottle of wine?
Yes! The multiple of bottles you can order is indicated for each wine. More than 100 wines, including all essentials, are available by the bottle.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes; it is possible to have your wines delivered in wooden cases printed with your own design. For more information see our specials page or contact us.
I cannot find a specific fine Bordeaux wine on your site, could you help?
Please contact us with your request; we might be able to fulfil specific and special wine wishes through our network of contacts in Bordeaux.
