Château Boutisse

Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

A very ancient terroir, in hands of the Milhade brothers since 1996. The proximity of fresh water springs and bread ovens are signs of a large ancient population. It has a very large vat room with perfect conditions for vinification in stainless steel tanks before the wines are aged in oak barrels. The wines produced display a lovely colour, delicate aromas of red currants and great harmony on the palate.

 

Terroir Clayey limestone
Harvest By hand.
Ageing 40% new oak.
Length of ageing 12-18 months
